In a category where clarity really matters, Pure Cremation needed a campaign that would cut through and connect – without overcomplicating a sensitive subject.

The Insight

Funeral planning isn’t dramatic. It’s often a simple, honest conversation between two people who care about each other.

The Idea

‘Back and Forth’ captures an older couple on their sofa discussing their new funeral plan. A natural exchange. Familiar. Reassuring. Human.

By focusing on a relatable moment rather than category clichés, the film delivers clarity with warmth – positioning Pure Cremation as a brand that understands both the practical and emotional sides of the decision.

The spot is the first in a three-part TV trilogy, with two further creatives rolling out over the following months to build recognition and reinforce the message.
