Project Title: Valuing Everyone

Brief:
To create a video promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. To avoid 'talking heads' format used in previous Diveristy videos for Nationwide. To prompt people to think about the feelings of colleagues and how issues may effect them.
Client:
Nationwide Building Society
Process:
Conceptualised, edited, produced, animated and post produced by Happy Hour Productions.

A day of interviews with staff willing to discuss their particular issues. This covered issues ranging from disabilities, sexuality, sexism, age discrimination and racial awareness.

From there, we modelled and developed characters to suit each person, whilst editing and trimming the dialogue to create our story.

With several weeks of intense animation following that, we found ourselves with a true gem of a production.

Completed:
August 2006

Story of the Evening:

After 2 awards we were ready to escape to the bar and count our blessings...

After 3 awards we thought we should make a run for it before they asked for them back...

But no, it was right...we had won three!

...Now we just have to work out what to do with them.
